Patterson Companies, Inc. is hiring a Digital Dentistry Sales Specialist in California to drive CAD/CAM sales through direct engagement with dental practices. You will educate doctors and staff on scanners, software, milling units and 3D printers, and coordinate events and trainings.

Ideal candidates have 3–5 years of outside B2B sales, strong communication, and negotiation skills, plus proficiency with MS Office. A valid driver's license is required for travel across the territory.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in any related field and 3–5 years of B2B outside sales experience preferred.
• Strong initiative with exceptional customer service and planning skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and negotiation abilities required.

Responsibilities

• Generate CAD/CAM sales within a defined territory.
• Consult with doctors and staff on products and services.
• Plan and coordinate CAD/CAM events and trainings.
• Demonstrate and discuss equipment and technology solutions.
