U.S. Bank is seeking a Product Manager to lead product vision, planning and development for human + digital product strategy. You will drive alignment across customer experience, digital, technology and business lines to deliver impact.

The role emphasizes end-to-end lifecycle management, roadmap delivery and collaboration with cross-functional partners to achieve business outcomes and value for customers.

Qualifications

• Product management experience required.
• Experience with consumer deposit products, especially checking, is preferred (4+ years).
• Ability to plan and manage product roadmaps and KPI-oriented outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Identify and interpret business data to meet needs.
• Activate cross-functional alignment between customer experience, digital, technology and business lines.
• Define product outcomes and OKRs, and break work into actionable steps.
• Manage end-to-end product lifecycle and roadmap using OKRs.
• Collaborate with agile, design, tech and risk partners to deliver outcomes.
• Understand and manage technical aspects of software products when applicable.
