Job summary

Ektello seeks a results-driven project manager to oversee digital content initiatives from ideation through post-launch. You will coordinate multiple workstreams, ensure on-time delivery, and maintain schedules using Jira and Confluence while aligning with brand standards.

This role requires 3–5 years of PM experience, proficiency in Jira/Confluence and Microsoft Office, and the ability to work in a hybrid Agile/Scrum environment.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of project management experience in digital content, web production, or digital marketing.
• Strong proficiency with Jira, Confluence, and Microsoft Office; basic image editing in Photoshop.
• Experience applying Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, or Hybrid project management methodologies.
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities across cross-functional teams.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; capable of presenting status to leadership.
• On-site work in Plano, TX is required.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end project ownership from ideation to launch and post-launch monitoring.
• Manage lifecycles for product launches and content refreshes across key categories.
• Maintain schedules, dependencies, and risk plans using Jira/Confluence.
• Oversee content workflows for digital assets and tooling.
• Collaborate with content creators and designers to meet brand standards.
• Drive publication and maintenance within CMS and analytics platforms.
