Qualifications

• 3–5 years of dedicated project management experience with digital content, web production, or technical documentation.
• Strong hands-on proficiency with Jira, Confluence, Microsoft Office Suite and basic image editing in Adobe Photoshop.
• Experience applying Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, or Hybrid methodologies to creative/technical workflows.
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and coordinate cross-functional teams.
• Excellent verbal and written communication with leadership.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end project ownership from ideation to launch and post-launch monitoring.
• Manage lifecycles for major product launches, campaigns, and ongoing content refreshes.
• Maintain schedules, dependencies, and risk plans in Jira/Confluence.
• Oversee content workflows for customer-facing articles, guides, and assets.
• Collaborate with content creators and designers to meet brand standards.
• Drive publication and maintenance in AEM (Adobe Experience Manager).
• Identify content gaps and friction points; coordinate rapid fixes with SMEs.
