Job summary

Flowers Foods, Inc. in North Carolina seeks a Digital Content Marketing Manager to lead the digital content strategy and performance across brand websites, retailer platforms, digital shelf, and AI-powered search experiences.

You will own content standards, SEO/AEO and AI Visibility, coordinate with brand, ecommerce, technology, regulatory, legal and agencies to prioritize initiatives, manage project plans and timelines, and deliver accurate, high-performing content with clear executive-ready

Qualifications

• 7–10 years in digital marketing, ecommerce, content strategy, SEO or related fields.
• Strong KPI definition, performance analysis, and actionable insights.
• Experience leading agency/vendor relationships and cross-functional stakeholders.
• Solid knowledge of SEO, content optimization, analytics; AI visibility preferred.
• Familiarity with digital shelf platforms and content syndication tools is a plus.
• Excellent project management and executive communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Owns enterprise digital content strategy across brand websites, retailer platforms, digital shelf, and AI-powered search experiences.
• Leads SEO, AEO, and AI Visibility strategy and reporting with roadmaps and agency direction.
• Manages relationships with agencies and partners like Profound, Profitero, Bazaarvoice, and Syndigo.
• Defines digital content standards: copy, imagery, metadata, and enhanced content.
• Oversees content launches, approvals, and retailer requirements and timelines.
• Sets KPIs for digital content and AI Visibility; delivers executive readouts.
• Monitors trends and translates opportunities into scalable standards and plans.
