Qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in mortgage servicing.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in Customer Service.
• Minimum 1 year of resolving customer inquiries in writing.
• Bi-lingual skills a plus.
• Strong writing skills with a focus on customer needs.
• Solid analytical skills with prudent judgment.
• Excellent organizational and time management.
• Team player with strong interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work through stressful situations professionally.
• Attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Reinforce confidence in CHL's ability to provide best-in-class care in mortgage loan servicing.
• Engage with CHL team members to resolve customer inquiries.
• Identify trends or opportunities to improve customer experience and reduce inquiries.
• Continuously improve knowledge base and skills to maximize customer satisfaction.
