Job summary

Cornerstone Capital is hiring a Mortgage Servicing Compliance Program Manager to lead the compliance program for mortgage servicing. You will manage policy updates, disclosures, and controls, and partner with risk, legal, and servicing teams to drive timely regulatory responses and remediation.

Ideal candidates bring deep mortgage compliance knowledge, strong communication, and a track record of supporting examinations and audits across bank affiliates in a remote-capable environment.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of federal and state mortgage laws and regulations.
• Ability to track regulatory changes and implement updates.
• Experience coordinating regulatory reviews and examinations.
• Strong written and verbal communication with regulators and leadership.
• Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and maintain a comprehensive compliance management program for mortgage servicing.
• Oversee regulatory change management, complaint handling, monitoring, testing, and corrective actions.
• Provide oversight for Cornerstone Capital Bank and affiliates’ compliance initiatives.
• Support regulatory examinations, audits, and compliance reviews.
• Collaborate with Servicing, Legal, Risk, QA, Audit, and business leaders to mitigate risks.
