Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in a mortgage environment, preferably Mortgage Loan Servicing in Special Loan activities.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment while remaining detail-oriented and results-driven.
• Track record of delivering quantifiable results to the organization.
• Ability to contribute to the department in line with the company’s vision and core values, driving organizational change.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Activities associated with Adjustable-Rate Mortgages and monitoring service delivery, productivity, quality standards, and compliance to regulations and investor guidelines.
• ARM Plan Setup and daily/weekly index updates.
• Respond to SCRA requests or tasks promptly and determine eligibility for benefits.
• Coordinate Special Product responsibilities such as Assumptions, Partial Releases, Easements, and Recast Loan Modifications.
• Process and monitor department reports and workflows to ensure timely completion.
• Support additional servicing processes within the Special Products operations.
• Collaborate with team to ensure accurate servicing records.
