THE ROLE
You will report to the Senior Director of Strategy to ensure Stand affiliates have the capacity they need to execute strategic and impactful digital communications across various social and digital platforms. As a key member of Stand’s National Outreach and Engagement team, you will support the development and execution of digital communications and layered digital advertising programs. Your dedication and passionate approach will enable you to collaborate with bold, strategic colleagues and contribute to achieving significant progress toward our mission annually.
This position reports to the Senior Director of Strategy and is remote.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Affiliate Social Content Creator
- Partner with affiliate stakeholders to create and execute digital communication strategies, audience-led messaging, and social listening strategies across social platforms to drive engagement for campaign goals.
- Recommend, create, write, and implement messaging strategies based on social listening tools, advertising performance, data, and trends.
- Provide customized social media strategies for each affiliate aligned with Impact Agenda Goals.
- Lead data analysis of social media performance, providing actionable reports and recommendations.
- Create and manage a monthly social editorial calendar with evergreen and Impact Agenda-specific content.
- Support affiliates in maintaining a robust social presence, including creating graphics and videos.
- Stay updated on social media and digital advertising trends and tools.
- Train teams on Meltwater, social strategies, and best practices.
Digital Advertising
- Support content creation for digital advertising on social media and targeted outlets.
- Execute digital ad placements with targeted audience segmentation.
- Navigate advertising regulations and policies.
- Collaborate to adapt content for social media and digital ads.
- Ensure compliance with advertising policies.
- Analyze advertising performance and provide insights and recommendations.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Commitment to Stand for Children's mission.
- 7+ years in digital communications within political, advocacy, or issue campaigns.
- Strong knowledge of social media platforms and trends.
- Proficiency with Google Suite, Microsoft Office, CRM tools, Meltwater, and design tools like Canva and Adobe.
- Experience with digital advertising content creation and placement.
- Strong writing and verbal communication skills.
- Outcome-driven, proactive, and able to work independently and in teams.
- Excellent relationship-building and project management skills.
- Effective communication skills and adaptability in fast-paced environments.
- Willingness to learn and incorporate feedback.
STARTING SALARY RANGE
$68,093 - $85,116, commensurate with experience. Generous benefits.
