About the Job:

Location: Denver, Colorado

Remote Office: Candidates must live within a commutable distance of Denver due to onsite meetings.

Key Responsibilities
Business Development:
  • Client Acquisition: Identify, target, and engage potential clients, including cold-calling and lead generation.
  • Proposal Development: Collaborate on proposals, presentations, and RFP responses.
  • Pipeline Management: Use CRM tools to maintain and grow sales pipelines.
  • Revenue Goals: Meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs.
Client Engagement & Activity:
  • Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong client relationships, with travel as needed for onsite support and industry events.
  • Needs Assessment: Understand client challenges and objectives.
  • Client Advocacy: Ensure client expectations are met and requests are promptly addressed.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Engage with decision-makers to foster relationships.
  • Account Planning: Develop strategies for account growth.
Internal Collaboration:
  • Solutions Development: Work with technical teams to design tailored solutions.
  • Service Delivery: Collaborate to ensure seamless execution of projects.
  • Sales Support: Assist in proposals, pricing, and contracts.
  • Marketing: Leverage campaigns and events for business development.
  • Cross-Functional Communication: Act as liaison to ensure alignment.
Key Qualifications
  • Experience in business development and professional selling.
  • Experience selling IT Consulting or Technology Solutions in Communications preferred.
  • Proven record of exceeding objectives and quotas.
  • Experience with new account development or large account management.
  • Prospecting and sales cycle management skills.
  • High social perceptiveness and client focus.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
