Shiseido Americas seeks an Analyst, Digital IT to join the Salesforce Commerce Cloud team. You will partner with business stakeholders, gather requirements, document processes, triage issues, support testing, and contribute to stable commerce operations across storefront, catalog, promotions, and order workflows.

The role requires learning enterprise applications, strong communication, and a collaborative IT mindset within an Agile environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in information systems, business administration, computer science, digital technology, or related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in business analysis, digital technology, eCommerce, Salesforce, or related roles.
• Interest in Salesforce Commerce Cloud and digital commerce processes (storefront, catalog, promotions, orders, customer experience).
• Ability to learn enterprise apps, document requirements, and follow support processes.
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum, release processes, and user acceptance testing.

Responsibilities

• Gather requirements and document user stories for Salesforce Commerce Cloud initiatives.
• Assist with administration, monitoring, and support of Salesforce Commerce Cloud throughout development lifecycle.
• Triage production issues and coordinate resolution across teams.
• Support release testing by preparing scenarios and documenting results.
• Maintain training materials and knowledge resources for business users.
• Support Agile/Scrum delivery by updating work items and tracking actions.
• Assist with reporting, dashboards, and data analysis to monitor commerce operations.
• Learn governance, security, change, and release management practices for Salesforce Commerce Cloud.
• Collaborate with cross-functional partners in a professional, service-oriented manner.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
