Job summary

Hollister Incorporated in Libertyville, IL is seeking a Salesforce Analyst/Admin to analyze, design, and support business systems across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Marketing Cloud. You will translate business needs into technical requirements, create user stories and acceptance criteria, and configure Salesforce using declarative tools to deliver scalable solutions.

This hybrid role requires in-office presence four days per week and collaboration with business and IT teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree with 2-5 years of related experience.
• Working knowledge of Salesforce configuration across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Marketing Cloud.
• Hands-on capability with declarative configuration: fields, objects, page layouts, Lightning pages, validation rules, permissions, reports, dashboards, and flows.
• Basic understanding of Salesforce Flow concepts and Apex triggers/classes for collaboration with developers.
• Ability to write clear user stories, acceptance criteria, functional specs, and test scripts.
• Analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to data quality and process documentation.
• Ability to troubleshoot functional/configuration issues within incident/change-management practices.
• Proficiency with Visio or equivalent process-mapping tools and Excel for analysis.

Responsibilities

• Gather, analyze, and document business needs with stakeholders and translate into user stories and specs.
• Translate business needs into requirements, data, reporting, and process documentation.
• Configure Salesforce using declarative tools and build flows with review.
• Support Salesforce across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Marketing Cloud.
• Collaborate with developers on requirements; assist with test scenarios and defect investigation.
• Prepare and execute test scenarios (unit/integration/regression/UAT).
• Maintain consistent configuration across dev/test/production; follow release/change-control practices.
• Provide first-line support for production issues and coordinate with vendors when needed.
• Create training materials and enablement for end users and trainers.
