Job summary

STAAR Surgical seeks a Sr. Business Analyst IT – Sales & Commerce Applications to collaborate with business teams and IT to optimize Salesforce B2B Commerce, Sales Cloud, and Compliance Quest platforms.

You will translate requirements into configurations, support users, and ensure regulatory compliance across systems. The role requires 7+ years in IT business analysis/development, strong Salesforce expertise, and a background in a regulated industry.

Qualifications

• 7+ years IT business analysis or development experience.
• 5+ years with B2B Commerce Cloud and Sales Cloud apps.
• Experience with lifecycle/DevOps tools (Git, Jenkins, Jira, DX).
• Experience in regulated industry preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on support and analysis across Salesforce B2B Commerce, Sales Cloud, and Compliance Quest.
• Translate business requirements into functional specifications and configurations.
• Primary point of contact for issue resolution to minimize downtime on the B2B Commerce platform.
• Monitor Compliance Quest workflows for regulatory compliance and uninterrupted operations.
• Support Sales Cloud users with agreement tracking, forecasting, and customer interactions.
• Liaise between technical teams and business units across Sales, Marketing, and Compliance.
• Lead testing activities including UAT, regression testing, and defect tracking.
• Document requirements, configurations, and process flows; maintain documentation.
• Manage service providers/vendors supporting business systems.
• Other duties as assigned.
