Walmart is seeking a leadership-forward associate to help recruit and develop qualified associates, meeting staffing needs and driving company growth. This role coordinates job-related activities, maintains stakeholder relationships, and supports plans to meet customer and business needs, while promoting an inclusive environment of belonging.

Qualifications

• 2 years’ of college; OR 1 year’s retail experience and 1 year’s supervisory experience; OR 2 years’ general work experience and 1 year’s supervisory experience.
• For facilities that sell firearms, I acknowledge that the position for which I am applying will require successful completion of a firearms- specific Criminal Background Check (CBC) and Firearms Authorized Training.
• Associates will be required to attend and successfully complete all job-required trainings and assessments (for example, Academy trainings, Open Door trainings, etc.).

Responsabilités

• Coordinates job-related activities and assignments by developing and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders.
• Supports plans and initiatives to meet customer and business needs.
• Identifies and communicates goals and objectives, builds accountability for progress.
• Provides supervision and development opportunities for associates by hiring and training, mentoring, assigning duties, providing recognition and promoting a sense of belonging.
