Job summary

F.N.B. Corporation is seeking a Digital Channels Product Analyst in the Retail Operations unit.

The role supports the eStore Common App platform, coordinating with business partners, developers, vendors, and stakeholders to test, validate, and release enhancements while ensuring regulatory compliance. The analyst delivers quality assurance, defect remediation, and production support, contributing to a seamless digital account opening experience and supporting the bank's digital growth

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 3 years of job-related experience.
• Excellent project management, communication, and analytical skills.
• Experience with digital channels, payments, and banking regulations.

Responsibilities

• Support Product Managers in design, development, and promotion of digital experiences.
• Analyze digital experiences, market trends, and third-party requirements.
• Assist in business cases and rollout planning.
• Help increase penetration and usage of digital channels.
• Evaluate vendors and assist in contract negotiations.
• Support risk management, compliance and QA.
• Contribute to training materials for frontline staff.
• Maintain and coordinate business reporting.
• Assist with testing and defect remediation.
• Document complex solutions and data mappings.
