Job summary

City National Bank of Florida is seeking a Digital Channels Coordinator to support Digital Payments and Digital Banking units. You will work across wire processing, ACH, online banking enrollment, and dispute resolution while maintaining compliance and strong client service.

The role requires cross-training across units, balancing daily operations, and assisting with reports and system upgrades. A high school diploma is required, with prior experience in electronic banking or related operations

Qualifications

• Experience in Online Banking/Electronic Banking, ACH, or related in Financial Services.
• Knowledge of foreign exchange operations, FX wire processing, SWIFT services.
• Ability to process, reconcile, and balance large-dollar transactions in foreign and domestic currencies.
• Knowledge of wire transfer requirements, sanctions screening requirements, and risk controls.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including diplomacy and tact.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Ability to sustain a high level of confidentiality.
• Ability to multitask and manage multiple assignments in a high-volume environment.

Responsibilities

• Performs wire callback verification and manages wire production queues.
• Processes ACH files and creates/edits ACH originator profiles.
• Balances start-of-day and end-of-day with Federal Reserve, Core, and FX partners.
• Manages FX wire room activities, including research, exception handling, and reconciliation.
• Writes, processes, reconciles and balances large-dollar transactions in multiple currencies.
• Assists with weekly/monthly department reports and testing/implementation of new products.
