Job summary

DuGood is seeking an experienced Digital Center Rep 2 for our Beaumont Eastex location to support members through phone and digital channels. This role handles inquiries, completes transactions, and helps resolve issues with clear, efficient, and personal service.

The ideal candidate has prior experience in a bank, credit union, or similar financial environment, can manage high volumes while staying accurate, and communicates clearly both verbally and in writing.

• Strong understanding of basic banking transactions and account services.
• Ability to manage a high volume of interactions without sacrificing accuracy.
• Clear, professional communication skills both verbal and written.

Responsibilities

• Assist members through phone calls, chat, and other digital channels.
