Responsibilities

• Greeting every member with warmth and professionalism.
• Performing everyday transactions like check cashing, loan payments, and cash advances.
• Helping members with debit card issues, check orders, and account updates.
• Opens various accounts and services, performs maintenance to existing accounts and services, and processes debit card disputes
• Process member check orders and stop payment requests
• Maintain and balance vault, if applicable, as assigned
• Balancing your drawer and staying organized throughout the day
• Talk to members about services that could help them, even before they ask
• Supporting other departments and cross-training to grow your skills (this is a requirement)
• Maintaining confidentiality and following policies with care

We’re looking for a Member Relations Representative 1 to join our staff at our Beaumont branch, someone who’s as comfortable balancing a cash drawer as they are having a conversation with a member about their next big goal.

What you’ll be doing:

This is more than just a member relations representative role. It’s a chance tobuild trust with our members while helping with everything from deposits and withdrawals to opening new accounts and solving everyday problems. Some days will be fast paced, others more routine but every day, you’ll make a difference.
