Job summary

Louis Vuitton is seeking a Digital Care Services Specialist for first shift to support valued clients with accurate handling of inquiries via phone, email, and video. The role emphasizes high-quality service, adherence to company standards, and efficient use of core systems.

Ideal candidates will have 3–5 years of customer service experience, excellent communication, and strong organization. Schedule is Monday–Friday 8:30 AM–5:00 PM with compensation of $21 per hour, at Louis Vuitton.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Respond to inquiries via phone, email, and video with accuracy and empathy.
• Achieve KPI goals for productivity and quality.
• Document all calls and emails in CRM for tracking and feedback.
• Access JDE system to retrieve technical data and process repairs when needed.
• Collaborate with leadership, Product Assessment, Logistics and Client Services.
