Responsibilities

• Serve Louis Vuitton clients via phone, email, and video with accurate handling of inquiries.
• Assess repairs and provide care instructions; verify items against documentation.
• Access JDE system to obtain technical data and process repairs as needed.
• Achieve KPIs for email, phone quality, productivity, and efficiency.
• Handle a variety of customer calls including payments, quotations, and service inquiries.
• Troubleshoot repair-related issues with in-depth research and cross-functional coordination.
• Deliver exceptional customer service in line with Louis Vuitton standards and values.
• Collaborate with Product Assessment, Logistics, and Client Services to relay client feedback.
• Address complaints promptly with a client-centric approach.
• Follow department and company policies; stay informed on updates.
• Document all calls and emails in CRM; participate in meetings and trainings.
• Contribute to process improvements and support business objectives.
