Job summary

AutoNation is seeking an e-Commerce Sales Associate to engage customers online, over the phone, and in person, guiding them from inquiry to in-store visit in a seamless experience.

You will leverage strong communication and sales skills to meet targets, answer questions, and provide information that helps customers choose their perfect vehicle while ensuring excellent post-purchase support.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Proven ability to provide an exceptional customer experience.
• Drive to set and achieve targeted goals.
• Prior sales experience, retail preferred.
• Experience and desire to work with technology.
• Valid in-state driver’s license and a safe driving record.

Responsibilities

• Guide customers through vehicle selection and purchase in a no-haggle environment.
• Respond to online, phone, and in-store inquiries with professionalism.
• Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and drive loyalty.
• Transition customers to the Service department to support ownership experience.
