AutoNation is seeking an e-Commerce Sales Associate to engage hundreds of customers online, by phone and in person, guiding them through their vehicle purchase in our no-haggle environment. You’ll respond to leads quickly, provide information and move customers from inquiry to in-store experience while delivering exceptional service.

This role emphasizes strong communication, a customer-first mindset, and the ability to meet sales targets.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Proven ability to provide an exceptional customer experience.
• Drive to set and achieve targeted goals.
• Prior sales experience, retail preferred.
• Demonstrated communication, consultative, interpersonal and organizational skills.
• The willingness to follow up with customers.
• Experience and desire to work with technology.
• Valid in-state driver’s license and an acceptable, safe driving record.
• You want to work for a car dealer that has a strong moral compass and treats all associates with respect.

Responsibilities

• Help customers select their perfect vehicle, negotiate terms and close the deal.
• Provide an exceptional customer experience before and after purchase to drive loyalty.
• Follow up with customers and transition them to the Service department as needed.
