AutoNation is looking for an e-Commerce Sales Associate to guide customers through online, over the phone and in-person vehicle purchases in our no-haggle environment. You will respond to leads promptly, answer questions, and help guide customers from inquiry to an in-store experience while delivering an exceptional shopping journey.

The role emphasizes strong communication, a drive to meet targets, and a willingness to follow up with customers.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Proven ability to provide an exceptional customer experience.
• Drive to set and achieve targeted goals.
• Prior sales experience, retail preferred.
• Demonstrated communication, consultative, interpersonal and organizational skills.
• Willingness to follow up with customers.
• Experience and desire to work with technology.
• Valid in-state driver’s license and an acceptable, safe driving record.

Responsibilities

• Respond to leads online, by phone, and in person.
• Guide customers from phone/internet contact to an in-store experience.
• Negotiate terms to ensure customer satisfaction and close the deal.
• Transition customers to the Service department to support ownership experience.
• Provide an exceptional customer experience before and after purchase.
