ACBJ is seeking an Account Manager to support digital sales efforts and execute campaigns with accuracy. You will deliver clear reporting to stakeholders, nurture client relationships, and help drive ROI across campaigns in a fast-paced team environment.

Responsibilities

• Maintain day-to-day relationships with local account executives, Advertising Development Directors, Sales Coordinators, Sales Development Directors and clients/agencies.
• Steward campaigns from start to finish (kick off calls, mid-campaign calls, wrap up calls).
• Execute campaigns accurately and efficiently.
• Track and offer insights and analysis of performance metrics for products/campaigns.
• Optimize campaigns and products to ensure delivery and maximize ROI.
• Steward pilot programs with various markets related to new product rollouts or enhancements.
• Be the Key Holder for Sales Hub updates for the Client Success Team.
• Conduct weekly team checks as assigned.
