ONWARD SEARCH is seeking an Account Strategy Manager to support a leading retailer in a hybrid Hoboken, NJ assignment. You will lead end-to-end managed-service and self-service digital advertising campaigns, delivering measurable results for clients.

Collaborate with sales and account teams to craft data-driven media proposals, engage with advertisers and agencies, monitor campaign performance, and optimize tactics to ensure high-quality launches.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Communication, or related field.
• 3+ years of experience managing or consulting on digital media campaigns across multiple channels.
• Strong understanding of digital media metrics and optimization math.
• Proven experience interacting with clients and proactively addressing risks.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills with robust project management abilities.
