Job summary

JD Power is seeking an Account Manager to serve as the primary contact for dealers, clients, and partners, overseeing digital advertising campaigns and coordinating deliverables across departments. You will drive client relationships and campaign performance, reporting to the Director, Account Management.

The role emphasizes proactive communication, onboarding of dealers, and ensuring timely launches with a focus on growth and excellent service.

Qualifications

Minimum of 5 years of experience in account management, client services, or digital marketing.
Bachelor's degree preferred but not required; equivalent relevant professional experience will be considered.
Media or agency related experience preferred.
Excellent analytical and critical thinking abilities to resolve complex challenges and find innovative solutions.
Superior attention to detail and sense of urgency in completing tasks.
Proficiency with Salesforce and Microsoft Office suite.

Responsibilities

Maintain dealer communication to implement product delivery and strengthen relationships.
Coordinate onboarding for all dealers with partners and internal departments.
Gather assets for monthly campaigns from dealers.
Ensure alignment between client expectations and campaign deliverables.
Review campaign performance in regular client meetings and provide strategic recommendations.
Support the sales team and manage cross-functional tasks.
Ensure timely and accurate campaign launches.
