Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in any field.
• 1+ years of sales, account management, or customer-facing experience.
• Strong relationship-building and communication skills in virtual/digital environments.
• Experience with digital/inside sales in life science or related markets.

Responsibilities

• Own your territory and build/execute account plans across diverse customers.
• Grow the pipeline through environmental monitoring, hygiene monitoring, and related opportunities via digital outreach.
• Be the microbiology/QA/QC knowledge expert for conversations with procurement contacts across customer segments.
• Drive pricing strategies and maintain accurate pipeline forecasts in Salesforce.com.
• Collaborate with Field Application Specialists, Marketing, and Technology Specialists to support account growth.
