Job summary

River Run Services LLC in Newburyport, MA, or Fitchburg, MA, is seeking a Treasury and Business Digital Banking Specialist I to support business digital banking and treasury management products for River Run’s banks.

You will set up, maintain, and service business digital banking relationships, assist with implementations, and collaborate with Treasury Sales Officers and other teams to ensure excellent service delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in finance or business.
• Minimum 2 years banking or customer service experience.
• Familiarity with online banking platforms and treasury services.
• Strong written and verbal communication and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Resolve Business Digital Banking support tickets for internal staff and customers.
• Perform routine setup and maintenance of business banking users, accounts, entitlements, and services.
• Assist with implementation and ongoing maintenance of Business Digital Banking products.
• Resolve Treasury Management support tickets and assist with inquiries and operational issues.
• Operate ACH, wire transfers, Positive Pay, Remote Deposit Capture and related services.
• Collaborate with Treasury Sales Officers and Business Banking teams to ensure effective service delivery.
• Follow bank policies and protect customer confidentiality; educate customers on online security.
• Report suspected fraud or security concerns.
