Job summary

River Run Services, LLC is seeking a customer service associate to support banking affiliates from the Newburyport or Fitchburg sites. You will handle calls, chats, and emails, verify IDs, and process routine transactions with accuracy.

Responsibilities include transfers, balance inquiries, CD renewals, check orders, and address changes, plus debit card disputes. You will document interactions in the CRM and escalate when needed for timely resolution.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous customer service or call center experience preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to handle difficult customers calmly and professionally.
• Basic computer skills; CRM or call center software is advantage.

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming customer calls and verify identity before sharing account info.
• Process routine transactions: transfers, balances, CD renewals, checks, address changes.
• Assist with debit card disputes and limit increases.
• Provide product knowledge and record interactions in the CRM system.
• Escalate when needed and open tickets for resolution; follow up until resolved.
• Maintain knowledge of bank products, procedures, and compliance requirements.
