Foothills Bank seeks a Branch/Internet Banking specialist to support Business Internet Banking services and manage cash management referrals. You will collaborate with branch managers and loan officers to identify customer needs and promote Treasury Management products.

The role requires strong communication, organizational skills, and the ability to travel to branches and customers as needed, ensuring excellent service and risk-aware decision making.

Qualifications

• High school degree or GED required.
• 5 years of similar or related experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; strong interpersonal skills and judgment.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer and branch support for Business Internet Banking services.
• Oversee referrals for new Cash Management customers and related setups.
• Travel to branches and to customer sites for demonstrations and troubleshooting.
• Educate staff on TM products and collaborate with branch management and loan officers.
