Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Answer inbound calls, emails, and chats from customers regarding digital products (online and mobile banking).
• Respond to inquiries with one-call resolution and accurate information.

• Promote teamwork within the department and across the bank; maintain confidentiality and integrity.
