Job summary

Foresight Bank, the largest locally owned community bank in Northern Illinois, is seeking a Customer Care Specialist to provide superior customer service across phone, chat, email, and electronic banking platforms. You’ll help with enrollment, password resets, and digital banking inquiries, working to educate customers and expand usage of digital products.

The role requires a high school diploma and 2+ years in financial services or customer service, with strong communication and problem-solving

Qualifications

Requires high school diploma or equivalent and 2+ years in financial institution, sales or customer service.
Basic PC/Windows proficiency required.
Ability to assist customers via phone, chat and email with accuracy and professionalism.

Responsibilities

Provide customer support for electronic banking requests and inquiries.
Educate customers on digital products and self-service options.
Assist with enrollment, password resets, and telephone banking questions.
Collaborate across teams to enhance the electronic banking experience.
Handle general inquiries, hours, and route calls as requested.
Document customer inquiries and follow up after resolution.
Support fraud investigations and unauthorized electronic transactions when needed.
