Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide customer support for electronic banking requests and educate customers on product functionality.
• Serve as the initial point of contact for general customer inquiries and research issues to resolve them.
• Provide customer support for debit cards & ACH including disputes and enrollment support.
• Undertake special projects and maintain compliance with applicable laws and bank policies.
