Great Lakes Credit Union is seeking a Digital Services Specialist to join our clerical team at our Bannockburn, IL headquarters. You will handle member requests across phone, chat, email, and online channels, provide advanced digital banking troubleshooting, and guide members through online account opening and app usage.

The role requires strong customer interaction, attention to detail, and the ability to diffuse irate customers while protecting sensitive information.

Qualifications

• Minimum one year similar or related experience.
• Familiarity and ability to navigate through various omni channel platforms.

Responsibilities

• Handles member requests through all channels (phone, chat, email, online).
• Provides advanced digital banking troubleshooting support.
• Investigates and resolves member concerns with appropriate guidance.
• Processes new accounts and membership requests via Online Account Opening (OAO).
• Uses security measures to identify members and protect against fraud.
• Maintains knowledge of products and services to assist members.
• Recommends solutions and educates on features/benefits.
• Documents interactions in the core system.
