• 3+ years of experience in digital banking, fintech, or application integrations

• Experience with online and mobile banking, digital account opening, digital wallets, payments, identity and access management, remote deposit capture, or related technologies

Responsibilities

• Maintain architecture diagrams, data flows, interfaces, and security requirements for member-facing digital solutions
• Coordinate vendor integrations, APIs, secure transmissions, certificates, and network connectivity
• Translate business needs into technical requirements, configurations, test scenarios, and support procedures
• Monitor platform performance, issue resolution, and post-release validation
• Maintain technical documentation and support procedures
