Job summary

Coastal Federal Credit Union seeks a Digital Solutions Architect to design and govern the high-level structure of our Digital Platforms. You will lead architecture across systems, software, infrastructure, and integrations to align with business goals, regulatory standards, and security practices.

You will collaborate with internal teams and vendors to deliver scalable, secure, and high-performing digital services that enhance member experience, while ensuring regulatory compliance and strong

Qualifications

• Eight years of experience designing, implementing, and supporting distributed systems and security technologies.
• Experience with API design, RESTful services, microservices, and cloud-based solutions.
• Strong SQL skills and proficiency with diagramming and office tools.

Responsibilities

• Design and maintain high-level architecture for Digital Platforms across systems, software, services and interfaces.
• Provide architectural direction, governance, and ensure regulatory and security compliance.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive system and design documentation for audits and vendor collaboration.
• Guide vendor/platform optimization, focusing on availability, RTO/RPO, resiliency and KPIs.
• Collaborate with business, digital, and technology teams to translate requirements into architectural solutions.
• Act as trusted advisor, communicating decisions and future-state vision across the organization.
