Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in information systems, computer science, engineering, or software development.
• Experience designing, building, and supporting enterprise integrations and APIs.
• Knowledge of Jack Henry SymXchange, Symitar/Episys, PowerOn, or similar core banking tech.
• Strong understanding of REST/JSON, SOAP/XML, secure file transfer, and API security.
• Experience with source control, change management, and testing/deployment practices.
• Familiarity with security, audit, and data privacy in regulated environments.

Responsibilities

• Analyze requirements with stakeholders and translate into scalable integration designs.
• Develop, test, deploy, and support integrations across core banking, digital banking, lending, and payments.
• Collaborate with Jack Henry, vendors, and IT teams to define requirements and support production.
• Implement secure handling of credentials, API keys, and secrets; follow release practices.
• Implement logging, monitoring, and reliability metrics for integrations; perform testing.
• Provide production support and root-cause analysis for incidents.
