Qualifications

• Minimum three years of experience as a Business Analyst or similar role in technology or operations.
• Experience gathering requirements and documenting for system enhancements, integrations, or automation initiatives.
• Familiarity with SDLC methodologies (Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall) and cross-functional IT/business teamwork.
• Exposure to low-code automation or RPA platforms preferred.
• Understanding of control, documentation, and audit considerations in regulated environments.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary contact for business units to submit, discuss, and refine ideas and enhancement requests.
• Conduct discovery sessions, interviews, and workshops with stakeholders to understand processes and improvements.
• Analyze processes, document current state, and recommend future state solutions including RPA or integrations.
• Elicit, document, and validate business, functional, and non-functional requirements.
• Collaborate with technical teams to ensure requirements translate into solution designs.
• Maintain enhancement and integrations backlog with intake, triage, and prioritization.
