M&T Bank is seeking a Digital Business Analyst to support the evolution of M&A deal administration capabilities within the IS division. The role focuses on shaping product vision, maintaining backlog hygiene, documenting requirements, and measuring enhancement outcomes across client and employee-facing solutions.

The successful candidate will work with senior product owners, cross-functional partners, and risk/compliance stakeholders to ensure solutions balance client experience with business

Formación

Bachelor’s degree and at least 4 years related business-line experience, or a combined 8 years of education and/or work experience.
