Banc of California is seeking a Product Analyst to support its Digital Banking and Product function, focusing on product research, market trends, performance, and strategy. You will collaborate with the Head of Digital Banking & Product, Product Managers, and cross-functional teams to evaluate, develop, and manage banking products that drive growth and client value.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university.
• 3 years of professional experience related to a product analyst position, including product research, data analysis, reporting, business case support, or product development activities.
• Proficient in Microsoft applications, specifically PowerPoint and Excel.
• Experience with AI and the ability to introduce new opportunities to leverage the technology throughout the Product organization.
• Experience & expertise in developing and rolling out product capabilities preferred.
• Working knowledge of banking, bank products and product development processes.
• AI experience, including use for deep learning, research and recommendations.
• Ability to make informal and formal presentations, inside and outside the organization.
