Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field and 4+ years of related business experience, or 8 years of combined education and work experience.
• Experience in financial services, banking, corporate trust, and mergers & acquisitions.
• Proven ability to document requirements, data requirements, business rules, and testable outcomes.
• Agile delivery experience including backlog refinement and sprint planning with Jira or similar tools.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with senior product owners to translate business needs into digital workflows and data requirements.
• Document current and future-state processes using visual tools and process modeling.
• Define acceptance criteria, test data needs, and evidence for validation testing.
• Support backlog refinement, feature decomposition, and delivery readiness across M&A applications.
• Partner with quality engineering, technology, and operations to ensure solutions meet requirements.
• Triage issues and reporting requests to support users of M&A applications.
