Simmons Bank in Little Rock seeks a Digital Banking Product and Channel Manager to identify gaps in functionality, perform market research, and partner with Retail, Marketing, and IT to boost adoption and loyalty in digital banking.

You will translate customer needs into user stories, guide the roadmap with agile teams, and serve as the voice of the customer to ensure solutions meet stakeholder expectations.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in related field required.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Product Owner or Business Analyst.
  • 5 years of experience within the banking or Fintech industry.

Responsibilities

  • Identify key functionality adoption gaps compared to industry benchmarks.
  • Collaborate with business units to increase adoption of digital banking functionality.
  • Work with Retail banking to identify barriers to adoption and develop ways to overcome them.
  • Identify reasons for low digital adoption and design remediation strategies.
  • Track Digital Banking services adoption KPIs and report on them.
  • Develop specialized product knowledge and serve as the product expert.
  • Communicate product vision and objectives to stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with designers, analysts, developers, testers and stakeholders on roadmap and release plans.
  • Own and maintain the product backlog with epics and user stories.
