Job summary

WSFCU is seeking a member service representative to act as an ambassador for our credit union, delivering high-quality service and efficiency through digital or in-person channels. The role includes conducting teller transactions, opening new accounts, and selling a full range of credit union products and services.

The position requires prior lending and sales experience within financial institutions and a strong commitment to member service, accuracy, and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• High School Graduate or Equivalent.
• Two (2) years of lending experience, financial institution preferred.
• Four (4) years of financial institution sales experience and/or Call Center experience OR five (5) years of non-financial institution experience and/or Call Center.

Responsibilities

• Process teller transactions and open new accounts.
• Promote and offer financial products and services to members.
• Handle member inquiries and resolve issues promptly and accurately.
• Maintain knowledge of deposit accounts including IRAs.
• Comply with BSA, Patriot Act, OFAC and robbery procedures.
