The role emphasizes building trust and guiding members toward financial success with consultative conversations.

You will proactively refer deposit, loan, investment, and digital banking solutions and actively generate loan opportunities while delivering prompt service and promoting self-service

• Demonstrated success in a member-facing role.
• Strong knowledge of FAIRWINDS products, services, and digital platforms.
• You lead with care and know how to listen and respond to members’ needs.
• Comfortable navigating both transactional and consultative responsibilities.

Responsabilidades

• Handle teller and platform transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Open new accounts and recommend relevant products and services.
• Refer solutions including deposits, loans, investments and digital tools.
• Generate loan opportunities via inbound, outbound and referrals.
• Promote online banking, mobile apps, and ATMs; support branch ops.
