Job summary

Hawaii State Federal Credit Union is seeking a Digital Solutions Engagement Professional to drive digital engagement across the organization from our Downtown Honolulu HQ. You will develop and execute campaigns that expand member adoption of digital and mobile banking, align with business objectives, and leverage data-driven insights.

In this role you will train branch staff, collaborate with multiple units, monitor campaign performance, and continually improve the member experience through

Qualifications

• 4-6 years of professional work experience in digital marketing, campaign management, or digital content strategy.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing, content strategy, and campaign execution.
• Knowledge of digital platforms including mobile application platforms and applicable marketing resources.
• Proficiency with CMS platforms, campaign tools, and analytics dashboards.
• Bachelor's degree.

Responsibilities

• Engagement Program Delivery: Coordinate and executes internal and member engagement strategies that expands member adoption of HSFCU's digital and mobile banking platforms and advances business growth.
• Performance Analysis, Insights, and Continuous Improvement: Monitors, analyzes, and reports on campaign data and performance, providing actionable recommendations to improve results and supports data-driven decision-making.
• Digital Solutions Operational Support: Provides additional support to digital channel initiatives, system enhancements, departmental projects.
