American1cu is seeking an E-Service Specialist to deliver excellent member experience through electronic channels from our Jackson, MI call center. This onsite role handles member inquiries, account questions, loan questions, and service needs with a focus on financial wellness.

The E-Services Specialist will work with teammates to provide timely responses via online banking, email, and mobile channels, upholding GREAT service standards and confidentiality.

Qualifications

• A minimum education of high school diploma or GED.
• Cash handling or sales experience.
• Prior customer service experience.

Responsibilities

• Respond to member inquiries via electronic channels (online banking, email, mobile).
• Provide solutions for account and loan questions and member concerns.
• Promote financial wellness and cross-sell appropriate products per policy.
• Maintain confidentiality and ensure accurate processing of member data.
• Collaborate with teammates and support other staff as needed.
