Michigan Educational Credit Union (MECU) seeks a Digital Banking Specialist to assist members and staff with online and mobile banking. You will respond to questions, resolve routine issues, and escalate complex problems while supporting staff training and digital banking projects.

In coordination with the Digital Banking Manager and Digital Services, you will maintain up-to-date knowledge of MECU’s digital services, communicate clearly with members, and help improve service quality and

Competenze

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience communicating with members and employees by phone and in writing.
• Ability to manage multiple inquiries and assignments while meeting service expectations.
• Comfort with learning and explaining digital banking features to users.

Mansioni

• Respond to member and employee questions about online and mobile banking, bill pay, eStatements, and digital payments.
• Provide support via multiple channels including phone, email, chat, and service tickets.
• Explain digital services in clear, member-friendly language and help complete routine tasks.
• Research and resolve issues, escalating where needed and documenting follow-up.
• Participate in testing, training, and project support for digital banking initiatives.
