Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent certification.
• At least 1 year of Retail, Sales, or Customer Service experience.
• At least 6 months of cash handling experience.

Responsibilities

• The Guardian of Trust & Accuracy: handle high-volume cash transactions with accuracy and ensure compliance with security and regulatory standards.
• The Digital Concierge: educate clients on mobile banking, remote deposit capture, and contactless payments.
• The First-Line Consultant: listen to needs and pair customers with the right digital tools or banking solutions.
• The Hospitality Lead: greet customers, create a welcoming environment, and balance efficiency with warmth.
