HDR is seeking a Digital Automation Intern to support development efforts and maintain systems within our employee-owned culture. You will work with the technical team to develop, test, and implement enhancements, while contributing to documentation and cross-functional projects.

This internship targets current undergraduates or graduates pursuing CS/IT, with experience in Microsoft Power Platform, AI-driven workflows, and strong problem solving.

  • Participate in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues related.
  • Contribute to the documentation of technical processes, configurations, and system changes.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and provide technical solutions for business challenges.

In the role of Digital Automation Intern, we'll count on you to:
  • Collaborate with the technical team to support and maintain development
  • Assist in developing, testing, and implementing enhancements, customizations, and integrations.
  • Participate in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues related.
  • Contribute to the documentation of technical processes, configurations, and system changes.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and provide technical solutions for business challenges.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
  • Experience with low-code/no-code development using Microsoft Power Platform
  • Exposure to agentic AI models, AI-driven workflows, and emerging technologies that enable intelligent automation and modern work
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and willingness to learn from experienced professionals.
  • Local candidates preferred
  • Excellent communication skills to effectively convey technical information to non-technical stakeholders.

Required Qualifications
  • Must be currently enrolled in an undergraduate or graduate program
  • Attention to detail a must
  • Must possess strong problem-solving and communication skills
  • Basic Microsoft Office skills
