Job summary

Siemens Healthineers seeks a Product Sales Executive, Digital and Automation to drive growth and adoption of imaging IT solutions across assigned territory. The role focuses on helping clinical facilities access best-in-class digital tools that improve care quality and efficiency.

You will lead consultative sales, develop strategic account plans, and manage forecasts. Travel up to 50% and collaboration with Account Executives and service teams are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Radiology/Imaging, IT, Health Informatics, Business, Marketing, or a related field plus 5+ years’ experience in a clinical or sales environment.
• 5+ years Healthcare/Imaging IT sales experience to hospital call points.
• Experience carrying large quotas and long sales cycles; proven track record of meeting/exceeding quotas.
• Experience with sales quotas and forecasting; familiar with enterprise imaging IT sales.

Responsibilities

• Provide consultative sales support to address customer needs through the sale and adoption of our Diagnostic Imaging, Digital and Automation solutions.
• Guide the development and execution of strategic account plans.
• Maintain accurate sales projections and transparency during forecast reviews.
• Educate internal colleagues on key market trends and customer needs for our value proposition.
• Own deals and the sales process, tools, accountability, and drive team success.
• Collaborate on Customer account strategy with Account Executives and other leaders.
• Support strategic Customer business development when needed.
• Demonstrate market dynamics understanding; provide win/loss insights and future solution development.
• Drive adoption of digital solutions within deals by the salesforce.
• Leverage CRM data to improve market strategies and effectiveness.
